Parque Mirador de Artxanda
Park · Uribarri
Gardens and a broad city panorama beside the upper station of the Artxanda funicular.
At the top of the Artxanda funicular, this garden and viewpoint makes the shape of Bilbao easy to understand: the river, central streets and surrounding slopes spread out below. Follow the perimeter path, then explore the planted walks around the fountain and the La Huella sculpture.
The funicular offers a convenient way up from the city; check its current timetable before your visit. Leave time to look around the park as well as take a photograph of the skyline, and choose a clear day for the widest view.
