Enter Euskal Museoa from Gurutze Kalea 10 (Calle de la Cruz), beside Unamuno square. The nearest Metro stop is Zazpi Kaleak / Casco Viejo; use the Unamuno exit.
The museum lists Monday and Wednesday–Saturday hours of 10:00–19:00, Sunday and public holidays 10:00–14:00, and Tuesday closure. Annual closures include 1 and 6 January and 24, 25 and 31 December. General admission is €10, with free entry on Wednesdays and concessions; check the official visit page for eligibility and special changes. Last admission is one hour before closing, and rooms begin clearing 15 minutes before closing. General visits do not need advance booking; guided visits do.
The operator reports lifts on every floor, adapted toilets and a limited supply of wheelchairs to borrow. Contact the museum for individual access requirements.
