Sculpture reproductions from European museum collections in a former church.
The Reproductions Museum occupies the former Corazón de María church on San Francisco street. Founded in 1927, it built its collection through the reproduction workshops of European museums, including the Louvre, British Museum and Vatican Museums. The sculptures are reproductions, which is central to what this museum sets out to show.
The church setting gives space to look closely at the works. Check the official site for current exhibitions, thematic visits and booking arrangements. The archaeological remains beneath nearby Corazón de María square are a separate site managed by the museum.
