Seasonal Basque cooking over the grill, just around the corner from the Guggenheim.
Porrue puts the grill at the centre of a seasonal Basque menu, working with fish, shellfish, meat and vegetables. Chef Unai Campo sources from local farms and fishing ports, with some herbs and produce grown in Bakio. At Alameda de Recalde 4, it is a convenient restaurant to pair with a Guggenheim visit. Choose from the current main menu or a seasonal tasting menu, with wine pairing available for the latter. The restaurant advertises continuous kitchen service; use its reservation page to check the date and time that suit your plans.
