Gure Toki brings traditional Basque recipes and contemporary cooking together at its Plaza Nueva bar. Pintxos and small plates let you try several dishes, with a wine selection to accompany them. Its larger space reopened after a renovation in 2015, and the kitchen continues to centre its offer on Basque cooking in small portions.
