Cross between Abando and the Old Town, with the Arriaga and La Concordia framing the river.
The Arenal Bridge makes a useful crossing between central Abando and the edge of the Old Town. Pause to take in the Arriaga Theatre on one bank and the colourful La Concordia station on the other. From Plaza Circular, follow Calle Navarra to the bridge, then continue towards the Arenal gardens or into the old streets via Bidebarrieta. Work it into a walk between neighbourhoods, with a short stop for the river views along the way.
