Creative Basque tasting menus in an intimate dining room in Bilbao’s Ensanche.
Atelier Etxanobe is the tasting-menu restaurant of chefs Fernando Canales and Mikel Población, on Juan de Ajuriaguerra Street. Its small dining room accommodates up to 26 guests, with the Chef Atelier and Chef Atelier Plus menus offering different versions of the kitchen's creative Basque cooking. Wine pairings are optional. This is a meal to plan around: read the current menus, choose your preferred experience and reserve through the restaurant's own booking page. That page welcomes children aged 12 and over. Take care to select Atelier rather than the separate La Despensa del Etxanobe restaurant.
